Fabric Properties / Sizes

S t-shirt (width x length): 46cm х 68cm

Almost all of our apparel is unisex sized and hand printed in St. Petersburg, Russia using silk screen printing technology on high quality 100% cotton (180 g/m2). We use Gildan (UK office, Bangladesh manufacturing) as a base.

Care instructions

Our T-shirts should be washed at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees using delicate or handwash programs. Turn the T-shirt inside out before washing to prevent the appearance of pellets and deterioration of print. Do not wash with coarse cloth and colorful textile. Do not use bleaches or solvents.
Never iron directly on t-shirt prints. Lower the temperature settings of the iron, turn the t-shirt inside out and iron.

We accept visa/mastercard and all other forms of payments supported by Stripe.

How long does shipping take?

For international orders to Europe, 10-20 days. For all other destinations, shipping can take up to 3 weeks.

What is your return/refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached (including the security tag, if applicable) and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. You will also need to have proof of purchase.

Instruction to return the goods

In order to return the goods write us a letter to hello@reallm.io with “Return of the goods” subject.

Important: the goods have to be unworn to qualify for return.

Troubleshooting

I placed an order. Why have I not received a tracking code yet? After your item(s) have been made and a shipping label has been created, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via email. You can then use that code to track exactly where your order stands.

My order shipped but I never got my package… Don’t worry! If you’ve received a tracking number but your package is missing, please reach out to CDEK to locate your item. If it’s still unable to be located, please complete a missing package claim with CDEK and provide us with the case number and we’ll make sure you get what you need!

My address is incorrect; can I change it? Once an order ships, we’re unable to change its destination so please ensure all address information is correct along with any apartment, unit, or suite numbers. If you still need to make a change, send an email to hello@reallm.io as soon as possible with the right info, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size; can you change it for me? Unfortunately, we can't make any size changes to items after an order is placed. Try double-checking the sizing info before checking out! If a size change is still needed, follow our returns process so we can get you an exchange or refund.

I entered the wrong shipping address on accident! What should I do? Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We try to ship every order out as soon as we can. If we have not yet shipped out your order, we can easily change the address for you. Contact us via twitter or email us at hello@reallm.io.

Can I cancel my order? Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We try to make and ship every order as soon as we can but If we have not yet made or shipped out your order, then we can still cancel your order for you. I received a defective shirt. We're so sorry to hear that! Send us pictures to verify the problem and notify us as soon as possible at hello@reallm.io. We will send you a new shirt(s) with expedited shipping (at no cost to you)!

My shirt doesn't fit. Can I exchange it for a new size? No problem! If you need a new size, message us on twitter or contact us at hello@reallm.io. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the original purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Exchanges for a new size can be made once upon request. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
